He had a very hard laying flat and getting back up again was just too much on his own which is why he mostly slept in his chair. First, it makes it possible for him to lay down and sit up. He is sleeping in his bed now and he says his nighttime pain has been cut in half for the first time in years. He checked everything out and decide on this one because of the size and extra gel foam layer. I told him about the wedge I purchased and suggested he try one.I sent my friend the link to the page for the wedge I purchased. He can only sleep on his back now and even that was hard. Getting in and out of bed was too painful. His back was so bad he was sleeping (when he could sleep) in a chair. I am not saying that the pillow will fix all your back pain issues but I defiantly feel a lot better when I wake up. So I bought me Zuma foam and I thought that it was a very firm and I return the pillow” customer service was very awesome” them I got me the Whitney gel memory foam the pillow is a bit softer Thant the other one “this pillow had a very horrible smell, so I let it air out for couple of days” the pillow has been a bless and I am glad I can actually sleep again. I could not sleep in any mattress, which I bought 3 different ones and none worked for me" yes they were good mattress " any way I notice that the only place I could actually sleep was on the couch when my head was on the arm rest " about 35-degree angle maybe" and I started doing some research and find out that they actually have pillows like this.
I just love it, I had back issues for years, but last year it got really bad.
